This page describes how information you send is handled. Course Creator Studio runs in your own browser and saves your course work on your own device, so the courses you build are not collected here.

Enquiries

When you contact us about Course Creator Studio or the Built For You service, your name, email address and anything you write are used only to reply to you and to carry out work you engage us for.

Source material

Material sent for a Built For You project is used solely to build your courses. It is not shared with anyone else and is not used as an example without your written permission.

Private intake accounts

When you request an intake link, we use your email address to create a secure, password-free session. Your questionnaire answers, project status and uploaded files are stored so you can return to the draft and so we can assess project fit. Private links should not be forwarded to anyone else.

Files, access and retention

Uploaded project files are kept in private storage and are available only to the submitting client and authorized Course Creator Studio administrators. We retain drafts and submissions while they are needed for review, delivery, record keeping or legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer needed. You may ask us to delete an uncontracted intake, subject to any records we must keep.

Service providers

We use service providers for secure authentication, database and file storage. They process information only to provide those services and under their applicable privacy and security terms.
