Your licence

Course Creator Studio is sold as a one-time purchase for your own business use. You may build as many courses as you like inside it and deliver those courses to your own learners and clients. Reselling or redistributing the Studio itself is not permitted.

Your courses

The courses you build and the material you put into them remain yours. You are responsible for keeping backups of your editable Studio, since your work is saved on your own device.

Built For You projects

Each project is confirmed in writing before work begins, including the source material covered, the approximate course size, the number of revision rounds and the turnaround. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

Intake and project review

Submitting a questionnaire does not create a service contract, reserve a start date or require payment. We review the information for fit and may ask for more detail, recommend a different package or decline a project. Work begins only after scope, timing and payment terms are confirmed in writing.

Package boundaries

Course-Ready Content is for material already written and organized into modules and lessons. From Your Materials includes course organization using substantial usable material supplied by you, but not extensive research or original subject-matter creation. From Scratch work requires a custom quote.

Your materials and approvals

You confirm that you have the right to provide and use all submitted text, images, video, audio and resources. You remain responsible for subject-matter accuracy, legal compliance and final approval. Unless a written scope says otherwise, one combined revision round applies to the original supplied material; late or substantially new material may require a revised quote.
